Integrated value management - the key to corporate success!
There are many facets to corporate success. Just recently, the "Wirtschaftswoche" magazine published a study which determined the success factors of the highest-growth Dax companies in ten industries. According to this study, the winning companies have five common attributes:
- A strong core business
- A clear strategy
- Excellent business processes
- An efficient organisation
- High customer orientation
Implementing and securing these attributes in day-to-day business is a complex task and one for which there are no easy solutions. We have set ourselves the goal of supporting companies in the fulfilment of this task. This requires an integral approach and comprehensive know-how. In addition to JETS as the experts for training and coaching, the Association of Integrated Value Management has expert knowledge in the development of balanced values, strategy development, strategic communication, competition law, trademark law and quality management.
We cooperate closely with CPVM (www.cpym.de) and the Fraunhofer Institute IPK with expertise in corporate planning and control. The Five Milestones Method was developed upon this knowledge. It is based on the fact that corporate success results from the successful communication of values. This recognition gives our approach the name: Integrated value management.
