Using effective and pragmatic training methods, such as planning games, role plays and other forms of simulation, we achieve a transfer of everyday knowledge which shows a lasting effect for the participant and his/her employer. The results are further backed up through the use of feedback forms, personal projects and plans of action by the participants, and through our telephone hotline.
