Born and lived in Livingstone and Lusaka, Zambia for 13 years. Worked in Asia, Middle East, Africa and Europe for International organisations in leadership roles, and experienced a deep appreciation of the sensitivities and strengths of cultural diversity. In the wide variety of management roles, Bill learnt that success depends on integrity, setting an example, vision, enthusiasm, respect for others, humour and humility. Bill sought to develop with his teams a ‘fun at work’ culture, which made coping with worries and pressures easier.
