As a trilingual change management and organisational development consultant, Géraldine Charavel trains and coaches companies, groups and individuals in service, industrial and public sectors throughout Europe since 1995. She manages change development projects in French, English and German in Multinational and medium-sized organisations in order to improve the efficiency and motivation of teams, the performance of processes, internal cooperation and communication between departments. She helps leaders and managers acquire better skills for themselves and their team management in change and conflict situations amongst other subjects; she works with teams on the shop floor as well as in clerical areas, and coaches the entire hierarchy in the process in order to attain sustainable improvements.
